Choose the plan that fits how you sell

We build a 3D model of one of your own packaging products — a box, carton, pouch, bottle, tub or sleeve — from your dieline, drawing or physical sample, materialised and set up with the variables you want customers to change (board, components, colours). Boxes and folding cartons are dimension-driven, so customers can enter any size within the range you allow. Pouches, doypacks, bottles, tubes, tubs and sleeves are modelled in your real production sizes, so customers choose from the formats you actually run. Customers configure within those variables and add their own artwork — they never create new packaging shapes. Once built it lives in your library permanently and can be configured an unlimited number of times. Extra models can be added to any plan at an additional cost.

Yes. Every plan includes guided onboarding: we set up your account, configure your product library, apply your branding, and walk your sales team through the workflow. Standard and Pro also include integration support for embedding the configurator on your own site.

Nothing breaks and nothing is charged automatically. On Basic and Standard we notify you as you approach the monthly limit and discuss either a higher bundle or a move to Pro, which has unlimited configurations. We never apply surprise overage fees.

Yes. The configurator embeds into any website with a few lines of code — as a modal or inline in your own page layout — and works with the common CMS and e-commerce platforms. Configuration data, quote requests and generated files can be pushed into your CRM or ERP through our integration API and webhooks. See the documentation for the full reference.

Yes. Plans run month to month and you can move up at any time — your product library, branding and embedded configurator carry over unchanged.

Every plan comes with it. Run Paclab for your first three months — onboarding, your models, your branding, the configurator live on your site. If it hasn't earned its place by then, email us before the end of month three and we refund every euro you've paid, no questions and no exit conditions. You keep the dielines and production files generated in that period. The reason we can offer this: once your sales team stops shipping samples to close a deal, nobody asks to go back.

No. Pricing is a licence to use Paclab on your site — not a per-seat charge — so your whole sales and design team can use it. You can run it on multiple websites as long as they are owned by the same licensee. Prices shown are per month, excluding VAT.
